    Listen, the staff at this place were great. I had a drink in my hand pretty much the whole time, the pool service was consistently solid, couldn't ask for better.

    It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

    the complex is very beautiful with the garden

    the quality of the restaurants could be better, much of it is aimed at American audiences with fast food quality. Unfortunately Pablos and Pedros cannot cook French, Italian or Thai in a reasonable way. For us, more fish, barbecue or salad and various steak or grill specialties would have been better. We found the reception staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful.

    The attention to detail is excellent, particularly with the waste reduction initiatives. The staff at the buffet, especially Isaac, provided really good service. Service quality varied. Being part of the Privileged Package noticeably increased attentiveness. Room service could improve, as it was best to stick to the restaurants during open hours.
